Mike Barbalace serves as a Vice President within the firm's Mid-Atlantic Occupier Services group, based in Baltimore, MD. Mike focuses on representing office occupier clients throughout the Baltimore market and broader region, as well as occupiers with national and global portfolios.
In addition to new client pursuits, Mike specializes in transaction management and strategic advisory services for tenants navigating complex real estate decisions, including portfolio strategy, portfolio optimization, and M&A real estate integration. His work spans space needs analysis, market trend evaluation, financial analysis, site selection, and lease negotiations on behalf of occupier clients. Mike represents a diverse industry mix of clients, with a focus on Tech, AEC, Professional Services, and, Government Contracting.
Prior to CBRE, Mike spent seven and a half years at Savills, most recently serving as a Director within the firm's Global Occupier Services platform, where he led several regional and global client accounts, focusing on account growth and transaction management.
