Mike Bradshaw is the Leader of the Implementation & Enablement Team within CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Center of Excellence (COE). He is responsible for planning, executing and delivering transition services for new and existing client contracts, renewals and decommissions. Transition services include a disciplined governance approach for management change through a PMO process for task and milestone management; including robust client progress governance and status reporting. Mike has nearly 20 years of experience in Transactions, Analytics, and Lease Administration across the Globe. He has worked as a broker, contractor, and internally within an organization’s real estate departments and understands the different perspectives firsthand.
Mike began his career with CBRE in 2016 as a Senior Transaction Manager on the Bayer account, responsible for real estate transactions and lease administration services in the US. Mike then worked in-house with Bayer’s real estate team, leading the Crop Science Real Estate division in 2018 before returning to CBRE in 2021 as Director of Account Transitions.
Before working with CBRE, Mike was with Cushman & Wakefield, representing several corporate clients on their real estate transactions across the country.
Mike has successfully managed high-value, complex transactions such as build-to-suit developments, large-profile dispositions/acquisitions, relocations, and client onboarding onto the CBRE platform. Mike’s strong leadership skills and focus on organization, communication, and delivery ensure that projects run smoothly and exceed client expectations.
