Mike Brucato

Mike Brucato serves as the Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE’s Greater Boston and New England Advisory Business. In this role, he oversees the business and growth strategy for investment sales, leasing, consulting, valuation, debt, and structured finance and property management throughout Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Rhode Island.

Before assuming his leadership role, he served as Senior Managing Director for the Boston area, where he spearheaded the region's Occupier and Accounts businesses. Under his guidance, the Boston Occupier and Accounts teams delivered comprehensive solutions to national and global clients across office, industrial, healthcare, life sciences, and retail sectors.

Prior to that role, he served as Managing Director within the organization’s client solutions organization, developing comprehensive strategies for large, multi-national occupier clients. He began his commercial real estate career in 2012 with DTZ/UGL Equis as a tenant representative broker. He then joined CBRE, where he transitioned to a managerial role, steadily assuming more significant responsibilities and leadership positions.

Mr. Brucato has been actively involved with the global nonprofit CoreNet for the past decade, participating in and serving in committee leadership roles, including Young Leaders, Real Advantage, and Education. He was a two-time finalist for CoreNet’s Global Young Leader of the Year. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University and was born and raised in the Boston metropolitan area, where he still resides with his family today.
