Mr. Mike Hall, MAI, AI-GRS has joined CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services team as a First Vice President in the Seattle office and is a seasoned commercial real estate valuation professional with more than 20 years of experience across appraisal, review, and portfolio management. His expertise spans a wide range of property types, including office, industrial, multifamily, retail, hospitality, seniors housing, and complex special-use assets.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Hall most recently joined an appraisal practice, where he provided comprehensive valuation services, including market analysis, highest and best use studies, and the preparation of USPAP-compliant appraisal reports. Previously, he served as Vice President and Commercial Valuations Manager at Columbia Bank, where he led a team of reviewers, managed appraisal workflows, and helped develop internal valuation policies and procedures. In that role, he worked closely with stakeholders to align appraisal solutions with regulatory and lending requirements while ensuring quality and consistency across a diverse portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Hall held appraisal and review positions of increasing responsibility, including leadership roles overseeing RFP processes, vendor engagement, and technical review of complex assignments. Notably, he began his career in fee appraisal before joining CBRE as a Senior Appraiser, where he developed extensive experience delivering detailed valuation analyses across multiple asset classes.
Mr. Hall’s combination of technical expertise, leadership experience, and deep regional market knowledge enables him to provide clients with reliable, well-supported valuations and actionable insights. His ability to manage complex assignments while maintaining a strong focus on quality and client service ensures consistent, value-driven outcomes that support informed decision-making.
