Michael Harrer is a Vice President at CBRE Minneapolis/St. Paul office.  He is primarily focused on office leasing and tenant representation, specializing in the suburban Minneapolis office market.  He has a tremendous ability to identify and understand his client's needs and works diligently toward accomplishing their real estate goals.  He applies hard work, dedication, and knowledge of the market to consistently produce impressive results.  His focus on southern and western suburban Minneapolis office projects of 40,000 to 200,000 square feet.  As a leading expert on the suburban Minneapolis office market, Mr. Harrer has been involved in new office building leasing, office building repositioning, building renovations, and tenant representation assignments.  Over the last five years, Mr. Harrer has been involved in the representation of building owners and tenants in transactions totaling over 1 million square feet in over 250 transactions.
