Mike Hart

Mike Hart is President, Global Account Management. Mike is part of a team of professionals who are charged with cultivating a deep understanding of CBRE’s largest occupier clients’ unique real estate needs and delivering a more strategic and integrated client experience the company’s full suite of services and capabilities.

Previously, he served as President of the Financial and Professional Services sector within Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Enterprise with responsibility for managing client accounts and relationships as well as driving growth across this sector.

Earlier, Mike led the Global Sales and Solutions team focused on the GWS Enterprise Financial and Professional Services Sector. Mike’s global team focused on cultivating new relationships and delivering value-driven real estate outsourcing solutions across facilities management, project management, transaction management, lease administration and strategic consulting. In addition to his vast experience building solutions for new CBRE clients, in this role, Mike gained experience partnering with existing accounts to introduce new solutions and grow our alliance partnerships across broader scope and services.

In 2018, Mike joined CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield, where he led the Sales and Solutions team for the New York Tri-State region.

He began his corporate real estate career with JLL as a tenant rep broker in the Washington, DC market before transitioning to the Corporate Solutions business.
