Mike Hart

Mike Hart is the president of the Financial and Professional Services sector within Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Enterprise at CBRE. As president, Mike is responsible for managing all client accounts and relationships as well as driving growth across this sector.

Previously, Mike held the position of Senior Managing Director for CBRE’s GWS platform leading the Global Sales and Solutions team focused on the Financial and Professional Services Sector. Mike’s global team focused on cultivating new relationships and delivering value-driven real estate outsourcing solutions across facilities management, project management, transaction management, lease administration and strategic consulting. In addition to his vast experience building solutions for new CBRE clients, in this role, Mike gained experience partnering with existing accounts to introduce new solutions and grow our alliance partnerships across broader scope and services.

In 2018, Mike joined CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield, where he lead the Sales and Solutions team for the New York Tri-State region. Prior to his role in sales, Mike led the Global Occupier Services business for the region responsible for over 45 corporate clients, 1800+ employees and a business P&L of $250M. During his tenure at Cushman, along with his senior leadership partners, he drove the transformation of the corporate services business from a local NY Tri-State focus into a true global organization broadening the relationship between transaction strategies and integrated facilities management.

Mike began his corporate real estate career nearly 20 years ago with JLL as a broker in the Washington, DC market focused on tenant representation. In 2006 he transitioned to the Corporate Solutions business leading and expanding the business with multiple global clients such as Kaiser Permanente, CSC and Lockheed Martin.
