Michael LaRosa’ s current expertise is in the areas of Operations & Engineering, Project Management and Regional Property Management, for clients such as State Street Corp, Boston MA, Bank of America in Charlotte, NC; Prudential Insurance in Newark, NJ; and Nationwide Insurance in Cleveland, OH; where he is responsible for providing leadership and managing project and property management staff in the market and for ensuring thorough staff understanding and implementation of operations, policies and procedures. In addition, Mike has responsibilities with the development and management of a $150 million operating plan and $250 million capital plan. Mr. LaRosa also has experience managing a customer service center that supports 22.5 million square feet in 2,609 facilities. His responsibilities have encompassed all infrastructure operations, and administration of a computerized maintenance management system.

He develops and maintains new and existing businesses and oversees department marketing activities to ensure maximum profit. He negotiates and oversees the preparation of accurate, timely and complete contracts between client and organization. He supervises and performs all aspects of contract administration including owner contracting, vendor compliance, change order processing, and project start–up and close-out in conjunction with the development and implementation of a capital plan in excess of $250 million dollars with projects ranging in cost from $150,000 to $90,000,000.
Mr. LaRosa previously served as Regional Manager, Engineering for CBRE / Trammell Crow Company on the Bank of America account, with 51 direct reports within New England, and was responsible for providing engineering support and services for 7.1 million square feet in 2,131 facilities. Prior to this he held the position of Regional Facility Manager for the merged Fleet/Bank Boston account, managing 10 direct reports in the states of Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire, and responsible for property management services for 5 million square feet in 1,100 facilities.
Prior to Trammell Crow Company Michael was Director of Operations at R.M. Bradley & Co., where he was responsible for establishing facility management processes and strategies. He supported 22 property managers in 42 facilities in the New England market. His responsibilities included staff evaluation, systems, training, and budgets, with a special focus on data center operations.
