Mike Petrigan joined CBRE in 2017 as First Vice President. Mike has provided local and national clients with innovative, process-driven real estate solutions. He specializes in commercial real estate in Northern Ohio and has completed deals ranging from industrial, multi-family, vacant land development, waterfront, office and investment. Mr. Petrigan has become one of the leading commercial brokers in the Cleveland area. He is recognized as the expert of Cleveland’s Westside.
Mr. Petrigan, a native of the Cleveland area, brings 21 years of sales experience to CBRE. His sales, service and entrepreneurial background have supplied him with working knowledge of businesses and their operations. Mr. Petrigan applies his business skills to the process of providing real estate solutions for clients both locally and nationwide. Mike has sold over $85 million worth of properties in Lorain County and the west side of Cleveland over the last 5 years. Mr. Petrigan has completed $150 million in transaction volume in Northeast Ohio.
