Mike Redd is a Vice President of the Valuation & Advisory Services within the Western Division in the Boise, Idaho Office. Mr. Redd started his appraisal career in southern Utah in 2006. Mr. Redd is responsible for opening the Boise office for CBRE in 2017 and has over 15 years of appraisal experience throughout the States of Idaho, Utah, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, California and New Mexico.
Primary experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including office (professional/medical), retail (shopping centers/free-standing), industrial (parks/free-standing), multifamily (apartment/manufactured home park), and subdivision. Experience also includes special purpose properties such as ranches, private schools, hotel/lodging, and convenience stores.
