Mike Specht is the Global PJM Leader is responsible for delivery of projects across the globe as well as all PMO governance activities for major technology company. Project activities are coordinated via combination of dedicated and variable Project Managers positioned around the globe, with typical annual capital spend of $200M-450M.
Mike is also the Retail Segment Leader for the Global Knowledge Network (GKN) Retail Segment, providing operations support across several retail accounts, as well as support of new account development/consulting. He is an expert in LEED for Retail activities, including participation in pilot program.
Prior to his current position, Mike led a Retail Banking Interior Renovation Program with a team of 60+ Project Managers and other core team members to support interior conversion of 2,600 retail banking stores for a Major Financial Institute across 13 east coast states to the new corporate image ($400M managed budget).
Mike also was an Operations Manager / Kansas City LMA Leader responsible for client account and city office reviews to ensure best practices were established to meet company and client expectations. Additionally, he was accountable for P&L and team supporting project management activities in Metro Kansas City.
