As an Associate, Mikey Condon represents both users and owners while lending his talents toward new business development in Dallas's dynamic retail environment. He effectively leverages CBRE’s extensive platform to deliver comprehensive property solutions for retailers, restaurateurs, investors, and developers in evolving retail markets.
Mr. Condon's skills were clearly demonstrated during his National Sales/Brokerage Internship Program at CBRE, where he actively supported and assisted over eight retail brokers in Dallas. His involvement spanned diverse projects, including data analysis, crafting innovative marketing strategies, and meticulously managing client relationships—all instrumental in driving project success. The culmination of his internship was an intensive eight-week team project, in which he played a pivotal role in producing and presenting a comprehensive plan for the ambitious redevelopment of a 110-acre mixed-use site. This project showcased his ability to apply his expertise to large-scale, complex real estate challenges, demonstrating a strong grasp of the industry's multifaceted demands. Earlier, as Public Relations Chairman for Baylor Student Government, he drove engagement, achieving an 80% increase in social media engagement through effective content creation, scheduling, and analytical insights.
Academically, Mr. Condon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University, with majors in Management and Marketing, and a Certificate in Global Business. While at Baylor University, he served as Student Body External Vice President, advocating for student interests, spearheading initiatives in university advancement and alumni relations, and championing college affordability on Capitol Hill. He also worked as a Spin Instructor, Social Media Manager, and Membership Sales Team Member at a national cycle franchise group, where he led high-energy classes and maintained strong engagement.
Mr. Condon was actively involved in professional alliances, serving on the Baylor University Board of Alumni Advocates Committee and the Baylor University Health and Wellness Advisory Board Committee. He also achieved first place in the Baylor Hankamer School of Business Ethics Competition. A fourth-generation real estate professional, he has family roots in the brokerage/development industry in both Texas and the Midwest.
