Achievements

Senior Director of Project Management at CBRE, overseeing the Merck account in Elkton, VA.  managing a 15-member team responsible for real estate capital projects from planning through commissioning. Successfully scaling the project portfolio from 4 to 68+ projects, and increasing the annual capital spend from $1M to $18M.  In addition to managing the team in Elkton, he also leads the LATAM GCO portfolio and was the interim lead for MSD WAG Lucerne, CH. 15M CHF.

Before joining the Merck account, Minsu was a Senior Project Manager at CBRE on the BP account in Houston, TX, where he managed the design process and led a team for the design and rebuilding of BP Westlake One, Level 1. This project included new main entry, canopy, lobby, cafeteria with dining hall, fitness center, conferencing center, coffee bar, C-Store, and Main St. $90M in spend during 2 ½ year.
