Mitchell Blain

Mitch Blain has more than15 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, and has provided expertise in project management consulting to clients on both landlord and tenant representation sides. Mitch’s strengths encompass all aspects of project management services, including project planning, solicitation and review of bid documents, contract negotiation, budget and schedule development, design and construction process, and move management. Mitch’s extensive experience with data center development and construction lends an edge of technical expertise in that industry. Additionally, Mitch is experienced with multiple types of projects, such as office tenant improvement, call centers, cell towers, warehouse/storage facilities, mobile structures, network operation centers, and data centers.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mitch served as Partner with Summit Project Delivery Solutions, where he acted, primarily, as the national portfolio manager for outsourced project management consulting for a leading communications company. His responsibilities included project planning, development, and budget management of new data centers across the United States. Mitch was successful in the build-out of over 240,000 square feet of data center build-outs, totaling over $200,000,000. Previously, Mitch has also worked as a Project Manager for CH2M Hill, where he successfully managed projects that involved tenant finish, call centers and data centers.
