Molly Hartsock

Ms. Hartsock is currently a Director with CBRE, Inc. Valuation & Advisory Services group. Ms. Hartsock is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in multiple states. She has over 20 years of experience in the valuation of institutional real estate.

Her appraisal and consulting experience includes a broad range of assignments. She has extensive experience in appraising the major asset classes of multifamily, retail, office, industrial, land, and mixed-use developments. These assignments have been prepared for a wide range of clients including national and regional banks, law firms, CMBS and private-equity lenders, life companies, mortgage brokers, investments firms, REITS, pension funds, and private corporations, pension fund advisors, investment advisors, and mortgage loan servicers.

Prior to joining CBRE, she was a Director at NPV Advisors where she managed production for the Pacific Northwest region. She also served as a leading producer on the firm’s national mall valuation team.
