Molly is a member of CBRE's Boston Consulting practice, with a focus on the Cambridge and Boston markets. She specializes in both tenant and landlord representation across the region, with an emphasis on the life sciences and technology sectors.
Prior to joining CBRE, she co-led JLL's Boston Life Sciences Practice. Molly has more than 20 years of experience advising investors and occupiers on real estate strategy, with a particular focus on both the life sciences and technology industries in Cambridge, Boston, and the surrounding suburban markets.
Earlier in her career, she advised technology and life science clients at Trammell Crow Co. across Greater Boston and nationwide. Prior to that, she worked for former Lieutenant Governor Thomas P. O'Neill III at O'Neill and Associates, LLC.
