Professional Experience

Molly Snee serves as the Sector Director responsible for overseeing Defense Services within CBRE’s Government & Defense Sector. In this role, Molly oversees the performance of multiple client accounts supporting defense and public sector missions while advancing CBRE’s strategic partnerships, operational performance objectives and contract compliance,  

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Molly brings deep expertise in managing large-scale government, utility, and defense sector accounts. For nearly two decades, she has served as an Alliance Director, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering integrated facilities management solutions to local, state, and federal government clients.

Molly played a foundational role in launching and managing CBRE’s GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract vehicles, ensuring contract compliance and enabling federal access to CBRE’s full suite of services. Her leadership has been instrumental in building trusted, long-term partnerships across the public sector.

Beyond her core responsibilities, Molly is an active champion of CBRE’s culture and people. She has held leadership roles within the CBRE Women’s Network, served on the Military Network Board, and contributed to global talent development programs, including the Global Knowledge Exchange and the Alliance Director Aspire Steering Committee. She is widely respected for fostering collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing teams and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama
  • Law Degree from Widener University, Delaware Law School
