Mona Govahi is Director of Property Tax and National Business Development with CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services Group, where she plays a key leadership role within the Property Tax Services practice. With a career spanning property tax consulting, legal advocacy, and business development, Ms. Govahi has established herself as a trusted advisor to institutional investors, real estate owners, and hospitality groups nationwide. She has led national property tax initiatives, overseen multi-jurisdictional appeals, and guided corporate clients through complex valuation challenges.
Prior to CBRE, Mona held senior leadership roles within the property tax consulting industry, where she directed business development efforts, managed large international teams, and represented clients at conferences and advocacy forums across the country. Her background also includes legal consulting experience in the U.S. and Dubai, giving her a unique global perspective in client service and strategy.
