Montanna is a Director within CBRE’s Capital Markets, Industrial & Logistics division specialising in investment transactions, sale and leasebacks and portfolio transactions across Australia. Montanna joined CBRE in 2015 within Valuations & Advisory where she became a qualified valuer and transitioned into the Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets team in 2019 where she developed comprehensive knowledge in financial modelling, real estate and core investment fundamentals.
Montanna has been involved in significant transactions across Australia representing multi-national corporates, institutional REITs, unlisted funds, private equity and private clients of which she has developed an in-depth understanding of capital transactions.
