For the past 10 years I've worked across San Antonio's office market with one simple goal: helping my clients make smart real estate decisions and get great results.
I specialize in office real estate and represent landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers, and healthcare clients. On the landlord side I've worked with everyone from institutional owners, managing multi-building portfolios, to local owners leasing space in the same building where they run their business. Every property is different, but the fundamentals stay the same. Focus on positioning, the right pricing strategy and then strong leasing execution until the asset is stabilized.
In tenant representation, I guide through site selection and renewals as well as expansions and restructures along with the financial analysis behind each decision. My job is to make sure the real estate supports the business, not the other way around.
I also represent buyers and sellers through acquisitions and dispositions, from underwriting and valuation to negotiations and closing. Because my background is deeply rooted in leasing, I can help clients see the bigger picture when deciding whether to lease or buy and whether to hold or sell.
I hold the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and earned my BBA from Texas A&M University.
When I'm not talking real estate, you'll usually find me outside with my husband and our two kids. Whether we're hiking, at the lake or just hanging out in the backyard; if it involves fresh air and family, I'm probably in!
