Mykal Hudson, PMP, EIT

Mykal Hudson is one of CBRE’s contributors in school construction, specializing in Kindergarten through 12th grade school renovations. Having worked with several clients on renovations and BEST projects, he has developed a well-rounded combination of technical expertise, communication skills and professional dedication to all his clients and projects.

Mykal works closely with stakeholders and clients to provide design, owner’s representative and project management services on a multitude of projects. He has knowledge of infrastructure and commercial utility design from project involvement throughout the west coast and Midwest region. Mykal is experienced with the CDE/BEST grant program and permitting for Colorado public school projects. He possesses strong leadership and organizational qualities to successfully attend to client’s needs and solve problems. Mykal is a reliable team asset and collaborator with creative thinking and effective communication skills.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mykal worked for another project management firm as well as having a strong background in engineering. This provides him a thorough understanding of all aspects of design and construction.
