Nabil Kiblawi

Nabil Kiblawi serves as the as Sector Director for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in the Energy and Resources sector. His role includes strategic oversight for client accounts across global portfolios. With extensive cross-sector experience, Nabil collaborates with clients to create value in their portfolios by leveraging the breadth of CBRE’s services. Nabil is committed to helping clients achieve a competitive advantage by offering thought-leadership and innovation in all aspects of energy strategy, coupled with strong governance practices and operational excellence.

In his time at CBRE, Nabil has served as the Global Alliance Director for the ExxonMobil, BP, and Shell accounts, and led the global strategy and delivery of comprehensive, world-class real estate solutions while enabling an empowered and highly functional workforce. His responsibilities have included overseeing the leadership of facilities management, project management, workplace strategy/consulting services, transformational change, and other strategic global strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining CBRE, Nabil held several executive positions at Anheuser Busch during his 25-year tenure. He was responsible for maintaining a strong culture of safety in manufacturing, risk mitigation, product development, strategic business planning, a $1.2 billion operating budget, pricing strategies, labor relations, logistics, and quality assurance. Nabil’s leadership drove strong results, including significant productivity and profit increases.
