Nadine Grosse joined the CBRE team in July 2016 as the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Manager. She is responsible for managing and mentoring all regional GIS Technicians and Analysts across all CBRE service lines as well as facilitating communication within CBRE’s national GIS structure. She also educates and advises sales professionals and their teams, as well as clients, about GIS capabilities and resources available through CBRE. In addition Nadine assists in ensuring the entire GIS team understands and adheres to guidelines and expectations of the CBRE Market Intelligence Center of Excellence based in Phoenix.
Nadine brings extensive geospatial experience and a keen attention to detail to the CBRE team. She is focused on efficiency and producing the highest quality product to ensure CBRE brokerage teams are equipped with the right visual tools to serve clients and bring in new business.
Prior to joining CBRE, Nadine spent 11 years with the Buxton Company, working her way up to the Director of Spatial Analytics. There, she managed a team of six GIS professionals, delegating work orders, providing project oversight, quality control and mentorship.
While North Texas is considered home, she grew up in Germany and still has family that she visits on a regular basis. In her spare time, Nadine swims for the Fort Worth Area Swim Team (FAST), plays Ultimate Frisbee, volunteers for the Fort Worth drowning prevention coalition and most of all enjoys traveling.
