Nat is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Boston office and leads the firm’s Retail Investment Sales practice in New England. He is also a member of CBRE’s National Retail Partners, which is comprised of the leading retail sales brokers across 11 major markets in the U.S. Nat specializes in the sale of all types of retail real estate with a focus on grocery-anchored shopping centers, urban retail and large single tenant assets.
Prior to joining CBRE, Nat was a Managing Director in JLL’s Retail Advisory platform. Prior to JLL, Nat was a Senior Vice President and Partner in CBRE New England’s capital markets group.
Over a 15-year career, Nat has participated in transactions totaling over $8 billion in individual property and portfolio sales across the country.
