Natalie Brown

Ms. Brown serves as a Senior Property Condition Assessor as part of CBRE’s Assessment & Consulting team within the Valuation & Advisory Services Group. Based in Southwest Florida, she brings more than five years of experience in engineering, capital project management, construction, and facilities operations, with expertise spanning project planning design through construction, commissioning, and closeout.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Brown served as a Project Manager for Lee County Facilities Construction and Management, overseeing public infrastructure and facility improvement projects. Earlier in her career, she held engineering and supervisory roles in industrial and refinery environments, where she gained experience in capital projects, turnaround execution, construction coordination, and field operations.

Ms. Brown’s background in engineering, construction, and facilities management provides a strong foundation in building systems, maintenance requirements, and capital improvements. She brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to property assessments, combining technical knowledge and project management experience to help clients understand property conditions and make informed decisions regarding building maintenance and capital planning.
