As Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, Natalie Dahl partners with the Capital Markets co-Presidents and COO on key line of business operations including data & technology strategy, and tech-enablement and premier platform offerings such as the Financial Consulting Group.
Natalie’s 25 year tenure has spanned business lines and geographies, developing a deep knowledge of brokerage and delivering on exceptional outcomes. Most recently, she was the western region Broker Operating Platform leader, championing data superiority, broker collaboration and service consistencies across markets. Prior, Natalie was Managing Director of the CBRE San Diego office, leading regional strategy for its investor clients.
Before her relocation to San Diego, Natalie was a member of CBRE's Northern California capital markets team and spent over ten years prior on the Capital Markets leadership implementing technology tools, such as CBRE Deal Flow and the original prototype of the business line’s CRM, and developing and growing the institutional business strategy and other platform operations.
Natalie began her career with CBRE as a client services assistant, providing marketing, research, and analytical support for a retail investment sales team in Orange County California.
