As the West Region Broker Operating Platform leader, Natalie Dahl partners with CBRE Market Leaders in the West to continuously improve all four elements of CBRE's Broker Operating Platform —marketing, data & research, technology tools, and sales management—to ensure a truly differentiated platform in the industry.
Recently, Natalie served as managing director at the firm’s San Diego-region offices leading the firm’s regional strategy for its investor clients, including investor leasing, investment sales, debt & structured finance and property management.
Before her relocation to San Diego, Ms. Dahl was a member of CBRE's Northern California capital markets team, providing strategic and operational leadership to a 16-person team. Ms. Dahl brought her years of expertise in sales management and platform operations to lead and deliver superior client engagements.
Prior, Ms. Dahl partnered with business line executives in CBRE’s Capital Markets, sponsored and implemented game-changing technology solutions such as CBRE Deal Flow and a prototype of the group’s future CRM.
Ms. Dahl spent nearly ten years developing and growing CBRE institutional group, the firm's boutique-like unit within the capital markets brand. She led an operating platform that consisted of new business development programs, sponsored technology applications, transactional analysis and market perspectives, and programing for client conferences and events. Other key accomplishments included administering a rigorous membership accountability program, developing a mentorship program for new members and incubating a centralized marketing center that evolved into the Capital Markets Business Development Marketing Center.
Prior to joining the institutional group, Ms. Dahl served as financial analyst for strategic accounts, CBRE’s client-centric platform, representing 13 institutional clients. In this capacity, she led the operational and financial initiatives for the 10-member director team.
Ms. Dahl began her career with CBRE as a marketing assistant, providing marketing, research, and analytical support for a retail investment sales team.
