Natalie Hostetler is a Vice President in the CBRE Chattanooga office specializing in commercial leasing and sales in the office and industrial sectors. She has more than 12 years of experience in commercial leasing, sales, and corporate site selection. Prior to CBRE, Hostetler was with SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management, where she was a Managing Director, National Healthcare Project Council co-chair, and founding member of the firm. Previously, she worked with multiple Fortune 100 companies and a national retail REIT.
Hostetler has also served on fundraising boards for the Heart Association and the American Cancer Society. She is currently the Commercial Director for Greater Chattanooga Area Realtors, Annual Fund Chair for Lookout Mountain School and an affiliate member of the Tennessee Medical Group Management Association, Chattanooga Chapter.
