Nate Krout

Nate Krout is a Director within CBRE’s Americas Consulting team, based in Chicago. Within the CBRE Americas Consulting team, Nate is a Sector Lead working primarily with the following industry sectors:

• Retail
• Energy, Oil & Gas
• Industrial and Manufacturing
• Infrastructure, Defense and Public Enterprise

Prior to joining CBRE, Nate was a member of the leadership team at Accelerated Growth, a Chicago-based management consulting firm. As the firm’s third employee, he helped build Accelerated Growth’s client roster to over 250 clients during his 5 years at the firm. In addition to holding internal leadership responsibilities, he led client engagements throughout the Midwest and Silicon Valley.

Upon leaving Accelerated Growth, Nate ran economic development projects for the State of Illinois while working at Intersect Illinois as their Managing Director of Business Development. Through this project work, he was introduced to the corporate real estate world.

Now with CBRE, Nate has led the successful completion of real estate consulting projects all over the country. He is an active leader within the consulting team and manages project teams across various industries and consulting skillsets.

Nate has experience working with organizations in various stages of growth from hyper-growth, to turn-around and everywhere in between.
