Nate Stricklen serves as a Vice Chairman on the Austin Occupier Services Team where he specializes in office tenant representation. He began with CBRE in 2005. By Capitalizing on strategic relationships and tapping into his team’s industry expertise, he has contributed to closings of lease transactions totaling in excess of 12.1 million square feet since 2005. Nate enhances value by recognizing opportunities and delivering skillful, cost-effective solutions on behalf of his clients. A passion for international business has also allowed him to service client requirements in Australia, Spain, Poland, India, Malaysia, Hungary, Slovakia, Ireland, Germany, United Kingdom and Mexico. His persistence and commitment to client satisfaction distinguishes him as a trusted professional in the industry.

When not focused on real estate solutions for his clients, Nate can be found enjoying the Austin outdoors with his wife and three children, coaching sports teams, snow skiing in the winter, water skiing in the summer, and travelling or planning future travel.
