Nathan Zubrzycki is the Finance Director for the Global Corporate Services Siemens account, which provides facilities management, transaction management and project management services for an 18 million square foot portfolio of over 200 office and industrial facilities throughout the United States. In this role, he manages all finance and accounting functions including annual budget preparation, monthly forecasting, month-end close, managerial reporting, financial analysis and financial operations.
Nathan joined CBRE in 2005 as a Transaction Manager on the UnitedHealth Group account, where he later managed a team responsible for financial analysis, forecasting and reporting to support the Transaction Management, Project Management and Strategic Planning service lines. In 2007 he joined the Transactions & Investments team on the Bank of America account, where he provided financial modeling expertise, developed tools for analysis and reporting of key performance metrics, and managed special projects for account senior leadership. Nathan then assumed the role of Americas Finance Manager, and later Global Finance Director on the Motorola Solutions account in 2011 when CBRE was awarded a 5-year contract to provide facilities management, project management and occupancy planning services in the Americas. This contract later expanded to include global transaction management and portfolio administration services.
Prior to joining CBRE, Nathan held a number of positions focused on commercial real estate finance, accounting and transactions with firms including Target Corporation, Piper Jaffray and HealthPartners.
