Nathaniel (Nat) Stanton is a Client Services Specialist at CBRE’s Honolulu office in Hawaii with three years of experience in commercial real estate. Nat specializes in assisting with broker’s opinion of value and financial underwriting processes, due diligence coordination, drafting sales contracts, designing, coordinating, and producing marketable materials, ensuring the efficient operation of the Hawaii Retail Team as well as the Hawaii Capital Markets Team. To date, Nat has been involved in the processing of over $500 million in transactions.
In addition to his core duties, Nat is adept at conducting comprehensive research and analysis on sales comparables, helping the team stay ahead of market trends and make informed decisions. His role in encompassing general administrative support, showcasing his versatility in managing a wide range of tasks within a dynamic business environment.
Nat is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) course to attain this distinguished certification in addition to actively monitoring retail and capital market trends on both local and national levels.
