In 2022, he partnered with, Harrison Kruse, CCIM, SIOR, who collectively have completed over two million square feet in industrial real estate transactions across the Midwest since they’ve teamed up.
As a Senior Associate, Ned prioritizes providing exceptional advisory services to his industrial and logistics clients throughout the acquisition, disposition, and leasing processes in Iowa and the Midwest region.
