Neill Sherron is a Senior Vice President with CBRE's Advisory & Transaction Services team in Raleigh, where he specializes in occupier representation across local, national, and global assignments. With more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, Neill advises clients operating primarily in the life science, innovation, technology office and flex sectors, drawing on extensive market knowledge and transactional expertise to structure outcomes aligned with each client's strategic and financial objectives.
Neill began his career with The Spectrum Companies, where he represented institutional owners in the leasing of office and innovation properties throughout Raleigh and Research Triangle Park. Prior to joining CBRE, he was with Longfellow Real Estate Partners for 13 years, where he advanced to Partner of Portfolio Leasing and was responsible for leasing strategy and execution across the firm's U.S. and U.K. portfolio.
His experience in deal structuring, financial underwriting and asset-level decision-making provides an institutional perspective on ownership priorities that informs and strengthens his advocacy on behalf of the occupiers he represents.
