Nicholas is a Project Manager with CBRE’s Project Management Group in Cincinnati, Ohio. His primary focus is owner representation in project management for CBRE’s local market area including Dayton and Louisville.
Services provided by Nicholas include due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, construction pricing/estimating, GC/ Arch/ Eng/ Vendor procurement, project facility assessment, strategy development, construction management, GC / Developer monitoring, value engineering, move management, and project close-out.
Prior to joining CBRE, Nicholas served as a Project Manager and Project Superintendent for several Southwest Ohio regional General Contracting firms. Nicholas managed ground up projects that ranged from heavy highway, retail, aviation, commercial, and light industrial construction. His duties for these projects consisted of performing due diligence, directing architects and engineers to develop Construction Documents, securing all required project permitting with building departments and governing jurisdictions, implementing project budget controls, developing scopes of work, negotiating contracts and procurement of vendors, management of subcontractor correspondences, project scheduling, and final delivery and closeout.
