Nicholas Paulic is a senior vice president with CBRE Retail Services with 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. He provides the highest level of brokerage services and strategic guidance to institutional investors, publicly traded/private REITs, family offices, Fortune 500 retailers, as well as many of Hawaii’s largest real estate owners and developers.
Prior to joining CBRE, Nicholas opened the Honolulu office for SRS Real Estate Partners on the National Net Lease Group’s team, where his primary focus was net lease investment sales and retail services throughout the State of Hawaii. Before his time at SRS, Mr. Paulic was co-founder and principal broker for Hawaii-based Sequoia Realty Group, where he oversaw business operations and led the company’s accounts.
Nicholas graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He was born in Bogota, Colombia, grew up across the U.S., and graduated high school in Alaska. He spends his free time traveling with his family, in the ocean or exploring the Koolau Mountain Range on the Windward side of Oahu.
