Nicholas Sanchilli is a Managing Director and Head of Strategic Advisory and Special Situations at CBRE Investment Banking. Prior to joining CBRE, Sanchilli was a Director at Union Gaming, responsible for its Advisory and Special Situations businesses. Mr. Sanchilli started his career with Houlihan Lokey, advising clients on special situation transactions in both the US and Asia, including several landmark global transactions and multiple complex corporate restructurings in the US.
Also, during his tenure at Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Sanchilli was part of the founding team responsible for the firm’s expansion of restructuring operations in the Asia-Pacific region, launching its first office in Singapore.
Mr. Sanchilli graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a dual degree in business administration and accounting.
Also, during his tenure at Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Sanchilli was part of the founding team responsible for the firm’s expansion of restructuring operations in the Asia-Pacific region, launching its first office in Singapore.
