Nicholas Vettewinkel

Nicholas Vettewinkel is a Senior Director in the Consulting and Research team at CBRE Thailand, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic insights and market analysis. Nicholas joined CBRE Thailand in 2006 and has been instrumental in producing comprehensive research and bespoke consulting reports that guide clients in making informed decisions. His expertise in consulting spans a wide range of projects, providing tailored advice that addresses the unique needs of each client. In addition, Nicholas is responsible for providing clients with strategic asset advisory and asset management, to support their real estate investment needs.

Nicholas's career began in London, where he spent 16 years with leading organizations such as London & Regional Properties and Legal and General Pension Fund. This experience has given him a deep understanding of both international and Thai property markets. At CBRE Thailand, he initially contributed to the Property Management team before moving to the Capital Markets team in 2007. Nicholas was promoted to Associate Director in 2010 and then to Director in 2019.

In his current role, Nicholas oversees all research activities, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of market data. He also leads consulting projects, offering strategic insights that help clients navigate complex transactions and market conditions. His ability to close numerous building and land sales highlights his adeptness in the field and his significant impact on, and knowledge of the Thai property market.
