Nick specializes in office and industrial sales and leasing. Since 2015, he has been involved in the leasing and sales of over 3.5M square feet with transactions totaling over $200M.
Nick’s primary focus is tenant/landlord representation and corporate services. As an Omaha native and Creighton graduate, Nick uses his knowledge of the Omaha market to develop comprehensive and strategic real estate plans for his clients. By communicating throughout the process and setting clear expectations, he provides outstanding professionalism in every transaction.
