Nichole is a Director of Transaction Management with CBRE Portfolio Advisory and Transaction Services in Denver, Colorado. The group is one of a few designated “hub” centers of excellence within CBRE for best-in-class delivery of transaction management programs to corporate occupiers. Nichole is primarily responsible for managing the Denver-based team across accounts, strategy execution, and client relationships.
Nichole began her career at CBRE in 2007 where she worked on the Washington Mutual Account in Seattle. From 2007 to 2011 Nichole provided real estate transaction services and strategy for renewal, acquisition and disposition portfolios. In 2011 Nichole played an integral role in an account pursuit for a 300 million-square-foot national portfolio. When CBRE was successfully awarded the contract, she assisted with the account transition and subsequent contract modifications. From September 2011 to 2017, Nichole built and managed a transaction team of 44 employees. She was responsible for program management, employee management, key performance objectives, technology development and implementation, client relationship, and reporting.
