Associated Office
As Marketing Director, Nick leads a team of marketing specialists and designers who support all aspects of property marketing for CBRE’s investor clients with assets in the southern U.S. In this role, he oversees brand development, marketing strategy, events, and collateral creation, including brochures, offering memorandums, websites, and email campaigns.
Throughout his 20-year career in the industry, he’s provided marketing strategy for some of the most complex sales and marketing efforts across all asset classes and lines of business. Prior to his current role, Nick was responsible for all aspects of marketing for CBRE’s business in Florida. Before joining CBRE, he was Marketing & Research Director for Florida with JLL from 2019 to 2022. He began his time in the industry in 2004, holding various positions with Cushman & Wakefield’s marketing team in Tampa, Florida.
