Nick Forest is a Project Manager in CBRE’s Charlotte office. With experience in land and real estate development, project management, as well as an architectural designer, Nick leverages his diverse skillset to help clients achieve their project goals. Prior to joining CBRE, Nick spent 3 years as an architectural fellow with a local, Atlanta, non-profit development corporation, Quest Community Development, where he assisted and oversaw the development of the organization’s new commercial office building as well as their single and multi-family developments.
His understanding of zoning and land use policies helped him support the organization’s development efforts through conducting site analysis for future projects. He attributes his success at Quest Community Development to his time as a lead architectural designer at Niles Bolton Assoc., where he led the design of the Nine at Austin and assisted in the design of other multi-family projects. Nick’s design and project and construction management experience allows him to facilitate the development and management of various project types and at varying scales.
