Nick Linda leads a team of marketing specialists and graphic designers in Northern California, overseeing the creation of marketing collateral for CBRE’s listings, and works closely with brokers and clients to conceptualize, strategize, design, and deploy a range of marketing materials for for-lease projects. From expansive industrial properties to Class A office towers, the team’s goal is to highlight every property’s best features and attract quality tenants.
Nick began his career at CBRE in 2022 as a Business Development Writer before moving into Property Marketing. He earned his master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Design from the University of California Berkeley and his undergraduate degree in Sustainable Environmental Design from the University of California Davis.
Born and raised in San Francisco, he continues to reside in his hometown.
