Nick Linda is the Business Development Writer for CBRE’s Northern California region. Based in the San Francisco office, Nick advises on marketing content strategy, drafts original copy, and edits written pieces used in new business pursuits.
Nick’s background in real estate gives him a unique flexibility in crafting communication strategy. With a solid understanding of the industry born from his genuine interest in it, he can adapt content to a variety of audiences while retaining the intended message. This versatility allows CBRE to reach a wider audience of potential clients.
A devoted urbanist, Nick is a member of SPUR, the Urban Land Institute, and the Berkeley Real Estate Alumni Association. He enjoys meeting members from every corner of the built environment industry, including developers, policymakers, legal experts and designers. He is frequently spotted on tours of new developments and historic neighborhoods, enjoying a beer at industry happy hours, and hiking the trails of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2022, Nick worked with two small-format residential developers in the Bay Area as a freelance content writer. Before that, Nick was employed at the international design firm Gensler.
Nick was born and raised in San Francisco and continues to reside in his hometown. He holds a Master of Real Estate Development and Design from UC Berkeley and a BS in Sustainable Environmental Design from UC Davis.
