Nick Loiselle is a First Vice President for CBRE in Baltimore, Maryland. He advises public sector clients on real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financial and strategic planning in his current role.
Mr. Loiselle leads the advisory and strategic planning for all State projects throughout Maryland. Since joining CBRE in this capacity he has completed roughly 2.5 Million Square Feet of leasing representing a total lease value of over $600M.
