Nick is a Senior Director of CBRE's national multifamily platform, which integrates investment sales, financing and investment banking services across the United States to deliver cohesive advisory solutions to the market. He also leads Freddie Mac production for CBRE and has over 12 years of multifamily experience across mortgage originations, private equity and platform management.
Nick joined CBRE in April 2023. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Director of Investments at Palladius Capital Management after nearly seven years at Freddie Mac, where he was Manager of Multifamily Production and Sales. During his time at Freddie Mac, he originated $12.5 billion in multifamily loans across more than 530 assets for institutional money managers, REITs and private investors, with a focus on Texas markets.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is based in Austin, Texas.
