Nicole Marshall is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office, specializing in tenant and landlord representation. She advises corporate occupiers and institutional owners on complex real estate strategies, with particular expertise in the financial service and technology sectors. A growing focus in her practice is working with scaling companies as they evaluate how real estate can support growth, talent and long-term business objectives.
Her experience spans headquarters strategy, large-scale renewals and expansions, portfolio advisory, agency leasing, and complex transaction execution. She is known for a thoughtful, analytical approach and works closely with clients to navigate decisions that impact their operations, workforce and long-term plans.
In 2023, Nicole was recognized by Commercial Observer as one of the Top Young Professionals in Sales and Leasing. She is a member of one of CBRE's top-producing brokerage teams, bringing together the resources of the firm's global platform with deep market knowledge and a hands-on approach to execution.
Nicole attended the University of St Andrews in Scotland and earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Metropolitan Studies from New York University, where she studied the intersection of culture and real estate.
