Nicole Marshall is a First Vice President in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office focusing on landlord and tenant representation. She works with a team led by NY Tri-State Chairman, Robert Alexander and Vice Chairs, Ryan Alexander and Taylor Callaghan.
Working for both tenants and landlords, Nicole delivers thorough marketplace knowledge, tracking of the latest trends, identifying potential real estate opportunities, and offering a full range of transaction services. Nicole provides a high level of service and works to develop the best long-term business goals for clients. Collaborating with one of the top commercial real estate teams in the Tri-State area, she is able to leverage her senior partners’ experience and relationships for the benefit of all.
Nicole attended both the University of St Andrews in Scotland and New York University. She received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Metropolitan Studies from NYU where she focused on the intersection between culture and real estate.
