Nicole joins CBRE from JLL where she served for 12 years as a Managing Director. Prior to JLL, she was at Cushman & Wakefield and DAUM Commercial Real Estate. Nicole has consistently led market share in the Hollywood area, where she leased and sold over five million square feet in the past ten years. Her major clients include the leading names in the entertainment and music industries. Her extensive industry knowledge and client-centric approach have made her a highly respected leader in the commercial real estate industry in Los Angeles.
