Nicole Bise focuses on representing corporate real estate clients for all product types on single and multi-market transactions across the globe. With real estate playing an increasingly larger role in a company’s bottom line, Nicole is focused on assisting her corporate clients in understanding the impact of each real estate strategy on the overall business, financial and operational objectives of the company.
Nicole’s sophisticated analytical and transaction structuring capabilities assist tenants in greatly reducing their overall occupancy costs. She advises major corporations in the lease negotiations, relocations, expansions, consolidations, subleases, building acquisitions or dispositions, sale leasebacks, build-to-suits and financing for all asset types.
