Ms. Nikki Howell is a highly experienced Certified General appraiser within CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) group based out of the West Los Angeles office. Ms. Howell will be servicing the Pacific Southwest division with primary focus on business development and residential/multi-family and related advisory services.
Ms. Howell brings over 15+ Years of experience. As a seasoned commercial real estate and financial professional with extensive experience spanning bridge lending, real estate valuation, credit risk, and investment analysis. She has led valuation and underwriting processes across multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed use, office, and luxury residential assets. Her background includes preliminary underwriting for bridge loans and preferred equity opportunities, appraisal review oversight, collateral risk assessment, and financial modeling for investment acquisitions.
She has a strong track record of partnering with lending teams, credit administrators, brokers, and borrowers to ensure accurate valuations, maintain regulatory compliance, and support informed lending decisions. Her expertise includes applying advanced valuation methodologies, producing comprehensive review and deal reports, and managing vendor and stakeholder relationships through the full appraisal and due diligence lifecycle.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Howell served as an originations account management professional for Archway Capital and also worked for Bank of the West as a Senior review appraiser.
