Nilmarís Negrón

Nilmarís Negrón serves as Director of CBRE Investment Banking Latin America, where she specializes in cross-border investment advisory services throughout the region. She brings extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and financing across all asset classes, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, and hotel properties. Ms. Negrón has participated in over $10 billion in commercial real estate transactions across the Americas.

Before joining CBRE, Ms. Negrón was a key member of the Acquisitions team at Westmont Hospitality Group, one of the world's largest privately held hospitality organizations. In this role, she worked with leading hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Fairmont, Sheraton, Hyatt, and Holiday Inn.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Negrón worked at UBS Financial Services, where she provided a broad range of investment and wealth management advisory services within the securities industry.
