Nina Seyyedin is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services, Investor Leasing team. She represents private and institutional owners, as well as developers throughout the Greater Houston area. Ms. Seyyedin is responsible for marketing and leasing a portfolio of over four million square feet. Throughout her brokerage career, she has secured and managed lease transactions totaling millions of square feet. She specializes in negotiations, contract management and has a strong proficiency for bringing multiple parties to agreement. She has over twelve years of experience in commercial real estate, four of them as an attorney; where she negotiated and managed a wide range of real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
