Nnenna is an accomplished real estate professional with over 24 years of global experience across Africa, EMEA, and the Americas. As a Managing Director for Consulting at CBRE, based in Washington, D.C., she serves as the market leader and primary point of contact for all consulting services.
She has extensive expertise spanning multiple facets of real estate, from strategy development to execution, with a proven track record of successfully navigating projects through board approvals. Nnenna is experienced in Portfolio & HQ Strategy, Asset Management, Transaction Management, Portfolio Analysis, Financial Modeling, and Negotiations.
In her current role, Nnenna leads complex portfolio strategy projects, focusing on delivering real estate optimization strategies and driving cost savings; with a focus on public sector clients.
Before her current position, Nnenna was focused on emerging markets, advising companies on entering or expanding their presence in Africa. She served on the Board of Directors for Cushman & Wakefield-Broll and represented over 50 multinational corporations, developing strategic real estate solutions that resulted in significant cost savings and risk mitigation in a challenging market. Notably, she was the Account Director at CBRE for Standard Chartered Bank, overseeing more than 600 bank assets across 15 countries in Africa.
Earlier in her career, Nnenna was part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Business Consulting team in Washington, D.C., where she developed metro plans and HQ strategies aimed at optimizing client portfolios through enhanced efficiencies.
Recognized as a thought leader in the real estate industry, Nnenna has been a featured speaker at multiple conferences and has appeared as a guest on CNBC’s Power Lunch series. Nnenna serves on CBRE’s mid-Atlantic DEI council and co-chairs the talent committee.
